I am a talented and proficient Massage Therapist who has completed 6 months of additional training in neuromuscular therapy in order to help clients experiencing pain. I enjoy helping people in their healing process. As a Reiki Master, I help you to facilitate self healing, balance the body's energy system, and reduce stress. The healing technique of Reiki is designed to improve physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I have earned multiple certifications including: Lymphatic Drainage - aiding in the reduction of post surgical swelling and common inflammation disorders Aroma Touch Therapy - using and blending the finest essential oils to support deeper relaxation, decrease anxiety and improve sleep quality Body Sculpting - helping each person feel better about the way they look at themselves in the mirror My studio offers access to an FDA approved red light therapy machine to help with inflammation and pain as well as fat and wrinkle reduction. Many of clients have commented that "Holly's Healing Touch" is the perfect description of my personalized approach for their enhanced well being.
